Just like obedience training, puppies need grooming training too! Each visit is scheduled 2 weeks apart to help your puppy build trust, create positive associations, and gain confidence during their early grooming experiences.
Package is valid for puppies 12 weeks to 5 months old. A small additional fee may apply at the final visit depending on your puppy’s growth and size.

Age Requirements
Puppies must be 12 weeks to 5 months old at the start of the package
Growth based pricing
A small additional fee may apply at the final visit for medium–large breed puppies who begin the package closer to 4–5 months, due to increased size and grooming time
Package expiration
All four visits must be used within 3 months of purchase. This package cannot be extended or carried over, as pricing is based on typical puppy growth and service time.
Required Scheduling
Visits are scheduled 2 weeks apart to support your puppy’s learning and progress. Delayed visits may affect your puppy’s comfort level and training success.
Cancellations & No Shows
Our standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all package visits.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for missed appointments, late cancellations, or delays between visits. If you feel we’re not a good match, the package may be refunded after the first visit, and that visit will be charged at our regular grooming rate.
Unused visits are not refundable.
Because this package is designed around your puppy’s early developmental stages, unused visits cannot be refunded or carried over. Consistency is essential for training and the package pricing reflects time and size typical for young puppies.
